Artist painter
An artist painter is the person who practise painting, definition of Beaux-Arts, like all activities of sparetime (amater painter) or like a career (professionnel painter).
The paint is based on materiel of pepper that dispose artist on a backing. There are for example, watercolor, the gouache, acrylic and the oil.
The brushes permit spread the paint on the paper or texture backings. Those which will become hard (woods, carton, paper) or on a textile (linen, cotton, silk...). the knives, used in the technics of oil painting, with a wooden handel and a metal part, ofen in various forms and is plat. The knives can be seperate to two categories : those for painting and those of plate for spread and mix the paint. The knif plate for spreading the paints permits to mix the paints. There are wooden plate and plastic plate knife, the jetable plate. Our painter adopts all kind of technic at his disposal and all kind of material as support.
